There are various connection methods for stainless steel pipes, and common types of pipe fittings include compression type, compression type, union type, push type, push thread type, socket welding type, union flange connection, welding type, and derivative series connection methods combining welding and traditional connection. These connection methods vary in scope depending on their principles, but most of them are easy to install, firm and reliable. The sealing ring or gasket materials used for the connection are mostly silicone rubber, nitrile rubber, and EPDM rubber that meet the requirements of national standards, which eliminates users' worries.

Clamp connection steps

1. Pipe cutting: Cut the pipe according to the required length. When cutting the pipe, do not use excessive force to prevent the pipe from becoming out of round.

2. Deburring: After cutting the pipe, the burrs should be removed thoroughly to avoid cutting the sealing ring.

3. Line marking: In order to fully insert the steel pipe into the fitting socket, the insertion length must be marked and marked at the pipe end.

4. Assembly: The sealing ring should be correctly installed in the U-shaped groove of the pipe fitting, and the pipe should be inserted into the socket of the pipe fitting, waiting for crimping.

5. Crimping: When crimping, the protruding part of the pipe fitting is placed in the concave groove of the mold, and the jaw is kept perpendicular to the pipe axis.

6. Inspection: After the crimping is completed, use a special gauge to check the crimping size.
